About the Job

Main Job Duties:

Managing and organizing labors and personnel in order to achieve the most effective way to fulfill the production plan.
Manage a safe working environment.
Help resolving and suggest solutions for any manufacturing problems appear.
Ensure that the production rate meets the time plan and quality instructions.
Achieve high production rate with the quality standard needed within the time plan put.
Assessment to each worker work efficacy and behavior
Issue reports concerning workers productivity and efficiency
Manufacture molds necessary for production
Responsible of factory machines, tools and molds

Job Roles: Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical Manufacturing/Production

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of experience
Good command of English Language
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
Planning & Organizing Skills
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
