Job Description
Position Objectives
- Implementing A Waldorf based educational program to meet the needs of children attending the Kindergarten, after school, summer/ winter camp and any other activities and workshops.
- Continually improve the quality of service and operating systems of the Kindergarten.
- Work alongside staff members to ensure that the philosophy behind Waldorf approach is fulfilled.
- Ensure safety, Health and environment is well implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and keep records that inform parents about Kids, This should include feeding, teething, talking, social, language time lines.
- Observing, assessing, and recording each child’s progress and development. Archive all kids activities and memories and hand it over to parents at the end of his stay at Go Green.
- Lead hiring process for new staff members, This should include job adverting, schedule and holding interviews, assess and shortlist all candidates, define salary and duties.
- Ensure effective and continuous learning and knowledge transfer to all staff.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the management of the kindergarten, such as time sheets, leave forms, work plan reviews, expenses, budget and financial and forms required by CEO.
- Schedule, conduct tours and or visits by parents.
- Eliminate any negative points before the tour.
- Lead, supervise, follow all activities related to social media and /or website. This should include responding shortly and effectively to all notifications, comments and messages by community or job seekers.
- Photos taking.
- Supervise class and wall decoration and presenting new kids activities/ crafts.
- Generate, review and release all posts, ads and survey via Facebook page and its linked group.
- Provide support and guidance to parents in relation to education of their children, This may include training, workshops,…etc.
- Represent GoGreen in any relate workshops, events, activities, charity events……etc.
- Provide monthly and annual reports concerning operation of the Kindergarten to CEO/ shareholders.
- Update Gogreen Handbook if required, review all paper work, job descriptions and staff files.
- Working through the Enrollment processes for new comers and ensure smooth settling-in process.
- Promote the Kindergarten within the community so that its aims and objectives are clearly understood, This should include marketing and advertising.
- Ensure continuous performance improving and come up with ideas to increase revenue.
