Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Welcomes clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
  • Answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains office management by following procedure.
  • Monitoring logbook.
  • Issuing clients applications, receipts.
  • Preforms and operation supplies.

  • Must have open availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
