Telesales Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and a highly-talented Senior ERP Telesales Executive to join our Sales team. You won't necessarily be stuck to the phone; this position has been designed to teach you all about ERP systems in a professional sales environment. You can move on up to become an Account Manager, Sales Manager & to a Sales Director.
So, what will I actually be doing?
As a Telesales Executive you will be expected to:
- Sell our products and services by calling the current and the prospective customers.
- Explain technical products or services, and answer questions from customers.
- Respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
- Monitor market conditions or trends.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role… you need
- 4+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice, a good listening skills to understand information presented through spoken words and a friendly rapport with customers.
- Be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales and achieve targets.
- Have good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to present products effectively and answer prospects’ questions accurately.
- A proven experience in selling Software/IT/ERP Solutions is a must.
- Very good English Language.
