Workpack Engineer – Instrument (TA Planner – Instrument)
Job Description
- Raising of work packs, in the approved , maintenance format, for all maintenance and campaign work being executed within the renewals window
- Raising Method of Statement and Job Cards accordingly base on methodology
- Liaison with offshore, vendors, suppliers and Renewals Personnel to ensure every section of the work pack - including GoC - is suitably populated
- Tracking and policing of work packs at different Rev states to ensure they are viewed and approved by all necessary personnel in a timely manner, and completed to a suitable revision state well in advance of work taking place
- Recalling of necessary personnel to ensure any queries from work pack reviews are suitably answered
- Liaison with the Asset Operations function, with particular regard to HSE Systems and ISSOW compliance (including establishing isolation boundaries)
- Attachment of work orders and relevant documentation to work packs to provide highest levels of accuracy to executing engineers
- Liaison with other Renewals Project personnel to ensure work is packaged accurately and that a suitably revised work order is available on time
- Liaison with Maximo Administrator to ensure that completed work packs are attached to completed work orders, and archived in Documentum
- Primavera software knowledge
- Close out of work packs, including all lessons learnt, and ensuring that all relevant P Forms are raised as a post-work review
- Comparison of actual hours with estimated hours, and back-writing to the work pack to enhance data quality
Job Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced Engineer – minimum 5 years’ experience TA
- Solid knowledge of all instrument equipment’s and repairing procedures
- Good knowledge of all mechanical equipment’s and repairing procedures
- Maximo experience
- Engineering discipline qualification
