ABOUT THE ROLE
- Set and plan overall marketing-brand strategy to fulfill necessary acquisition and engagement targets.
- Plan Quarterly Marketing Campaigns (Objectives & Messages)
- Manage Marketing channels for Careem Bus (Digital,Social,Physical)
- Select and Brief partner marketing agencies.
- Oversee creation of all digital and physical marketing content to ensure it aligns with the overall product and brand strategy of Careem.
- Lead & Monitor directly execution of digital and social campaigns.
- Oversee indirectly offline campaigns with Marketing Operations team to ensure overall success.
- Receive and process briefs as the in house marketing function for Careem Bus team.
- Lead and manage Marketing Communication team
Job Requirements
Key Performance Indicators:
- Budgeted VS Spent for Quarter
- User Acquisitions Metrics: Sign ups, Activation, First Trips, New Users, Cost of Acquisition, CPFR
- Retention Metrics: Customer Life time value, Weekly Retention
Qualifications/Skills:
- 8+ Years of experience working for a top tier Marketing Agency
- Previous experience running BTL/ATL Campaigns
- Proven track-record in building strong brands
