Job Description

  • Developing a clear vision for marketing and sales function.
  • Spearheading sales and marketing strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction
  • Leading the annual sales and marketing planning in collaboration with the CEO and COO to formulate the annual sales and marketing strategy including setting sales targets and marketing calendar
  • Increase brand awareness by observing the market, competitors, and trends
  • Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, and needed resources to execute the strategy in alignment with the organization objectives and allocate resources according to strategic priorities
  • Identify and prioritize growth channels and new initiatives to increase sales through digital channels
  • Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies this includes defining AARRR Sales Metrics (Acquisition–Activation–Retention–Referral- Revenue)
  • Evaluate and recommends digital tools and platforms (e.g. - content management systems, email software) to support digital marketing strategies execution and analyze campaigns performance
  • Analyze results against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify successful strategies
  • Provide monthly dashboard reporting, with strategy recommendations this include measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Effectively “blend” coaching strategies to form a balanced, solid approach to developing associates
  • Monitor industry trends in the industry to determine which competencies and knowledge will become increasingly important and makes sure the organization has employees with these competencies by hiring externally and training internally
  • Anticipate risks and devise contingency plans to manage them for the overall business.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Managing the relationship with marketing and advertising agencies, influencers and production houses
  • Overseeing all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. This includes overseeing digital channels such as the company/projects website(s), social media platform in addition to design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, etc. participation in trade show exhibitions and auctions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA/MS required or equivalent work experience
  • 15 or more years prior experience in Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management and at least 10 years in real estate marketing and sales.
  • Previous supervisory or coaching experience required
  • Awareness and experience with Digital marketing is a must
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
