Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Understand the process cycle and acts upon

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 years of customer care/customer service experience in smartphone industry is a must.
  • Excellent English
