5. Actively carry out measures for achieving the planned turnover and for checking the results in the Parts Service and regularly inform his superiors. 6. Monitor and analyse the behavior of customers and competition in the spare parts and accessories market. 7. Monitor and analyse the major customer satisfaction values for the spare parts service from the CSS. 8. Monitor competitor offers in the various spare parts areas and with accessories. 9. Develop proposals for measures by the spare parts service in order to react quickly to developments in the behavior of customers and competitors. 10. Monthly monitor and analyse the results relevant to business in service. 11. Establish individuals and overall parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turn over. 12. Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence. 13. Supervise of the whole stock order procedure 14. Oversee purchasing of supplies and materials for the whole organization. 15. Monitor and analyse individual costs, personnel costs and direct operating cost. 16. Manage, instruct, inform and motivate subordinate employees, in order to support the objective of becoming the best service provider with enthusiastic, motivated and well qualified spare parts service employees. 17. Ensure optimum cooperation between dealer’s parts staff and between workshops and spare parts service employees. 18. Hold regular meetings as a basis of uniform quality slandered and implementation of agreed procedure. 19. Inform executive management about all opportunities for improvements, proposals and plans in the spare parts area. |
Job Requirements
- Education : B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in service operation in a reputable dealership of which 3 years should be in a Managerial capacity.
