Job Description
- Maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients which includes supermarket chains, convenience stores and Sports facilities among others.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales plans in liaison with management.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports reflecting on progress with achievement of targets, bottlenecks and solutions.
- Working towards opening new accounts to help the company achieve its sales goals.
- Supervising and coaching sales representatives and setting their work schedules, targets and reward schemes.
- Visiting retail outlets to ensure the correct visibility and display of products and to address any requests/ concerns of clients.
- Ensuring all clients always have products in stock and minimising wastage and returns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position
- Experience in the FMCG sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English
- Proficiency in microsoft word and excel
