Job Description
- Apply the Berlitz method that candidates receive in the training.
- Work with privates and groups of different sizes at the Language Center.
- Integrate learning technology into teaching programs, as required by the curriculum.
- Assess existing and prospective customers' level of proficiency
- Monitor students’ performance and give feedback
- Deliver counseling sessions to students when needed.
- Recommend improvements to the students' programs.
- Actively participate in professional self-development plans, directed and supported by the supervisor, including lesson and peer observations, workshops, etc.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/ Related Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or gap year students
- Previous experience as an English teacher is a plus
- Language native proficiency / near-native fluency
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Teaching work experience preferred.
- Positive attitude.
- Great sense of responsibility and flexibility.
- BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature; MSc is a plus
