Job Overview
We are looking for a rock star to lead the product marketing management aspects of Careem’s new Mobile Payments business in Egypt. You will be working closely with the CareemPay GM to launch and vertically grow the product with high impact results in the market. It’s a critical role for the success of CareemPay overall and includes several dimensions. As the marketing product manager at CareemPay, you will be taking full ownership of steering all go-to-market activities, ongoing customer satisfaction and driving demand.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to deeply understand, research and analyze Customer usage behavior /trends/ segmentation/market competitive landscape, etc.
- Drive input to product & features design & road map , as well as new channels/instruments selections, based on Customer needs and market opportunities.
- Build propositions & promotions as well as drive campaigning and marketing communication activities.
- Support/Lead all Go To Market & pilot activities and new partnerships.
- Drive ongoing customer experience enhancements , turn offs elimination and customer pricing enhancements.
- Responsible for developing business cases, ongoing product performance & KPI’s reporting.
Job Requirements
- 9 yrs of work experience.
- Minimum 5 yrs in a Business operations roles.
- Mobile Payments/e-payments experience is a plus.
