Job Description
- Filling the gaps between the different technology teams and acting as a link between them to reach the best E2E customer journey
- Interface with all technology teams to influence and impose quality standards
- Analyze Data/Voice bench-marking campaigns conducted to assess Orange network performance compared to the competitor
- Prepare fully detailed report from point of view (voice quality analysis, dropped calls, blocked calls, throughput analysis,…etc) for each measurement conducted
- Monitor NTRA reports and analyze the reported violation sent from the NTRA to prevent penalties
- Starting new initiatives & projects that focus on enhancing the network QoS
- Setup/calibrate internal tools measurements to guarantee measurement quality and efficiency
- Generate, prepare & submit sufficient quality reports including all the required analysis in each field that will provide a clear visibility of the network performance for top management
- Access network quality performance through all available tools like counters, field measurements and captures
- Monitoring, analyzing & reporting Access Network performance through KPIs & following up chronic problems till it solved with the concerned teams
- Acting as a 1st line support for the team’s technicians for any field problems arising during drive test measurements
- Working on the development and creation of in-house developed tools to minimize the time and efforts for analyzing network quality problems as well as the investment costs
Job Requirements
- University degree – Faculty of Engineering-Communications Department
- MBA is a plus
- 4 years experience in Telecommunication field
