Job Description
- The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating export development projects in terms of financial, human resources management, efficient procurement and logistical services in line with rules and regulations.
- The Project Manager will assist in the preparation of project implementation plans with required budgets and human resources, and progress reports; he/she will assist in discussions and dealings with local, national, and international organizations on matters pertaining to activities described in the project document; and will assist in the preparation and timely submission of quarterly project work plans and reports.
Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure strategic direction of Project operations
- Project Financial resources management
- Planning, development and monitoring of Support to budgetary process and supervision of staff.
- Human Resources Administration.
- Efficient procurement and logistical services.
- Fixed Asset management for Support to the project.
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the operating environment, timely readjustment of the operations, advice on legal considerations and risk assessment
- Proper planning and expenditure tracking of financial resources, including extra-budgetary income
- Review of cost-recovery mechanisms for services provided by project.
- Ensures annual procurement plans for the Project.
- Implementation of effective business workflow in the project.
- Formulation and implementation of the Framework budget aligned with goals and objectives.
- Any other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management and reporting
- Ability to lead formulation and monitoring of management projects
- Solid knowledge in financial resources and human resources management, contract, asset and procurement, information and communication technology, general administration
- Builds strong relationships with clients, focuses on impact and result for the client and responds positively to
feedback - Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
- Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
- Leads teams effectively and shows mentoring as well as conflict resolution skills.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business
- Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in project management and export development field.
- Languages: Arabic - English (Advanced Level).
