Job Description
- All office administration work.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a word processing system
- Manage all Purchasing required.
- Stock control management
- Assist the General Manager as requested
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Excellent MS Office skills, specially Word and Excel
- Very good Arabic and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Accounting background is preferred
