Job Description

  • All office administration work.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Type confidential documents on a word processing system
  • Manage all Purchasing required.
  • Stock control management
  • Assist the General Manager as requested

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specially Word and Excel
  • Very good Arabic and English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Accounting background is preferred
