- Translate seasonal concepts into product ideas.
- Demonstrate initial concept and design development looks and styles.
- Collaborate with color department for instruction on design color up.
- Identify and implement meaningful innovation in concept design.
- Participate in all concept design meetings.
- Support on research for special trim development.
- Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible
- Communicate with Marketing Communications Specialist and rest of the business development team the design requirements
- Helping in maximizing efficiency for design manufacturing and costing reduction.
- Provide electronic 3-D modeling services in Sketch Up or other formats that accurately and clearly depict the architectural design intent.
- Ability to assemble documentation into a presentation format utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Power Point and/or other digital formats.
- Participate in the development of architectural and creative concept development.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- PhD or master degree architecture is required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in same position and wall know firms master degree or phd is preferable
- Ability to use ,Revit, Photoshop, AutoCAD.
- Very good in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- The ability to communicate design ideas to the team.
- Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must..
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
