Job Description
- Collaborating with marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Working closely with sales and marketing department.
- Giving presentations.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- Understanding company product and brand.
- General office duties.
- Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
- Organizing market research.
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
- Updating social media accounts
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years experience in marketing.
- Education: A bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
- Certification(s):
- Special Course(s): Marketing courses is advantage
- Training: Any related training is advantage
- Travel probability:
- TECHNICAL SKILS: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Languages: English and French
