About the Job

Assistant manager is required to "SAMSONITE EGYPT" brand in its branches (Cairo Festival City & CityStars and Point 90).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the branch manager in planning and marketing services.
  • To perform the functions of the branch manager during his absence.
  • Coordinate customer service process daily and record customer complaints and proposals.
  • Continuing the process of achieving the required objectives (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Ensure that all employees comply with the company's instructions and guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Experience of at least two years as an assistant manager.
  • Experience of retail/sales.
  • Good looking.
  • Proficiency in English.
