Job Description

  • Coordinate the traffic between the doctors and patients by ensuring the match between the doctors and the patients’ schedules.
  • Greet and log in patients arriving at clinic.
  • Schedule appointments for patients.
  • Ensure the gathering of the patient’s reports and records delivery by hand or via email by communicating with the clients to maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to direct manager which include the number of patients, cash in, doctors scheduling, patients scheduling,price list.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned within the realm of her position, qualifications and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 6 Months to 1 year Experience in clinics.
  • Good English.
  • Good Ms office.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Shift based.
  • Gender: Females only
  • Location: Maadi
