About the role
Role Purpose

Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, you will need to work closely with marketing manager to execute strategies supporting business objectives, optimize related activity targets, manage roll out campaigns plans, foster and tailor market insights and set activity KPI.

Own a creative mind to lead and manage agencies and vendor’s day to day operation with a multi-channel communication strategy for IKEA Al-Futtaim Egypt

In doing so, and working closely with our agencies, web development team, and internal stakeholders, you will help inspire people to create a better everyday life for themselves by visiting IKEA stores, and IKEA.com and all other branded portals through developing a personalized content.


KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNT ABILITIES:

  • •Support the Marketing Manager in developing the Digital Mrketing Plan – in line with the predefined business priorities and KPIs.
  • Using all digital channels to ensure top of mind awareness of the IKEA brand.
  • Create and implement SEM strategy and budget allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Effectively manage digital advertising budgets in order to maximize ROI, engagement and reach to drive e-commerce activities and traffic generation across SEM, Digital Media, and Paid Social.
  • Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage all content marketing campaigns across all of the IKEA digital touchpoints including Social, Paid banners, website, and LED screens
  • Working with Social agency to insure all communities are being controlled to the best global standards.
  • Provide specific input towards the optimization of marketing content, and user interface optimization on owned media platforms including the IKEA website.
  • Support the Manager Marketing in identifying, leveraging and optimizing new and existing channels and touch-points – reflecting relevant cultural, language, market and / or audience insights and data.

Education
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, business or communications


Minimum Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Ability to evaluate creative solutions, based on IKEA values and give clear feedback to marketing team and external agencies.
  • Experience of using knowledge of consumer behaviour to develop effective communication

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience of working on website development and the optimisation of online media
  • Experience of digital media communication and digital marketing techniques
  • Experience in social media
  • Has worked with Illustrator, In design, HTML, Flash, Paint shop pro and Photoshop
