Job Description
- Conduct customer visits to the assigned customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and develop the customer’s database.
- Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessment of the competition.
- Resolve issues to achieve successful sales.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved.
- Prepare and dispatch daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visits activities.
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of sales techniques (customer selection, customer segmenting, and deal closing).
- Demonstrated success in selling and interaction with executive level decision makers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Highly skilled in computer usage.
- Bachelor Degree must be in Electronics/Electrical & Mechanics Engineering only
