About the Job

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the delivery of schedules / reservations confirmation.
  • Handles all enrollment procedures for the corporate inside clients.
  • Sends weekly report that include enrollments reservations' details (start date,end date, centers,…..etc).
  • Receives corporate trainees’ requests in terms of placement tests and enrollments.
  • Receives new accounts details from the Sales executives such as (Service agreements).
  • Reserves and handles new clients’ placement tests with the center language adviser.
  • Imports the client’s placement test results in order to make their reservations.
Job Requirements

Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications.
  • Good command of the English Language (Berlitz proficiency level 3+).
