About the Job
  • Reads and understands the carrier's technical guides
  • Communicates to the Project Managers any required updates in Partners’ dataset
  • Creates client/carrier connection-specific data translation maps.
  • Handles testing cycle with the carriers till getting the production approvals.
  • Creates the production schedule
  • Updates eBN Project Management tools with the project status
  • Updates eBN Knowledge Database
  • Continuous learning to stay abreast of changes and trends in technologies
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge in C, C++, C#, .NET, Database: Oracle SQL, & XML.
  • Documentations: Excel, Word & Outlook express.
  • Knowledge in database analysis, systems analysis.
  • Fluent in English Language is must (US based client coordination)
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills".
  • Flexible working hours required to meet US Client needs.
  • Confidence, desire to succeed and willingness to work hard.
  • High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
  • Good report-writing, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the eBN service and knowledge
  • Ability to brainstorm, troubleshoot and collaborate with others.
