About the Job

Position Summary:

  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales organization’s data-driven initiatives through reporting, analysis and forecasting.
  • Responsibilities will include producing, maintaining and enhancing a suite of marketing reports, generating ad hoc analyses, assisting with analyzing marketing campaign results and performing research regarding markets, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers and current campaigns. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail, an inquisitive nature and a passion for continuous learning.


  • Utilize business intelligence tools to maintain and enhance a suite of marketing reports.
  • Track the performance of all marketing and sales channels on an ongoing basis to ensure plan targets are being met and to spot any emerging trends / opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, interpret and maintain a database of markets, competitors, products and services.
  • Own client data base and update them.
  • Summarize and write reports with action plans based on the channel, clients and trends analysis.
  • Analyzing the lost business reports and the back orders to spot the down points and write plans to avoid losing business.
  • Model and forecast business trends based on data sets and planned product changes or feature launches.
  • Forecast for business attributes including products and clients
  • Set the figures with Sales director.
  • Report deviation between forecast and actual.
  • Submit a monthly business performance report with business insights.
  • Use business intelligence tools to write business reports.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in marketing intelligence with BI and CRM tools
  • Excellent command of English especially business English.
  • Excellent user of MS office " powerpoint and Excel"
  • Proven track record in writing reports and summaries for business performance.
  • Strong knowledge in both product and client attributes.
