Job Description
- Handle all E-mails and Correspondence between the company and clients.
- Handle all data entry process for all the documents related to the Department.
- Establish and handle filling system and archive for the Department.
- Organize and attend the monthly meeting of the Sales team.
- Attend the outdoor events with the sales team and represent the company in those outdoor events.
- Prepare the monthly reports for the department as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree at any discipline
- Very Good command of English Language.
- Very Good command of Microsoft Office (Word - Excel).
- Good Typing skills (Speed not less than 40 word per Minute).
- Presentable and committed personality
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Hard worker and Multi tasked.
- Organized.
