Job Description

  • Handle all E-mails and Correspondence between the company and clients.
  • Handle all data entry process for all the documents related to the Department.
  • Establish and handle filling system and archive for the Department.
  • Organize and attend the monthly meeting of the Sales team.
  • Attend the outdoor events with the sales team and represent the company in those outdoor events.
  • Prepare the monthly reports for the department as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree at any discipline
  • Very Good command of English Language.
  • Very Good command of Microsoft Office (Word - Excel).
  • Good Typing skills (Speed not less than 40 word per Minute).
  • Presentable and committed personality
  • Very Good Communication Skills.
  • Hard worker and Multi tasked.
  • Organized.
