Job Description
- Conduct technically valid field investigations, communicate results effectively to all parties and coordinate follow-up.
- Provide technical training to field sales staff and customers as needed
- Participate in the design and creation of training materials that increase brand value and customers ‘effectiveness products.
- Organize and plan training sessions and work with different vendors to cover the material needed for the training program.
- Handling customers claims
Job Requirements
- BS degree in mechanical engineering
- Very good command in English language
- Able to handle heavy tires, tire and wheel assemblies, engineering tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in the use of engineering tools and software, conducting data analysis and creating technical reports
- Preferable experience in tires and batteries
