Job Description
- Managing various department responsible to implement and day to day support related Credit Card issuing, Switches, Front end processing, POS, ATMs, e-banking , ecommerce and mobile banking solutions.
- Support all project’s tasks like customization, testing and certifications with related stakeholders (Vendors , VISA, MCI , or any Country National Switch..etc)
- Ensure that the Live support team is responsive to different inquires, trouble tickets and requests from client banks according to set SLAs.
- Escalation / Internal Follow ups / Upcoming operational requirements to be undertaken for each client handled.
- Participated in auditing and implementing new company security policies to acquire DSS-PCI certification.
- Key Clients consulting relating to operations, IT, Opportunities and compliance
- Manage the relationship between various Payment schema (Visa, Master Card , Amex , DCI and CUP) and Company clients , other stakeholder industry representatives in-country such as Central Banks, Card Manufactures, POS vendors , switches vendor ..etc .
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 7 Years’ experience with :
- Professional experience, specifically in the cards and payments domain.
- Strong Experience in Payment system Projects Implantation, Related Various activities (Testing /settlement / charge back..etc) .
- Strong Experience on Visa / Master Card tools management.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes.
- Understand all legal, regulatory, information security and compliance requirements related to Payment system.
- PL/SQL knowledge is required
- Oracle Certificate is Plus
