Customer Service Agent:

Main responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions on several platforms [whatsapp, facebook, messenger]
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to clients

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years experience in a customer service field
  • Total Fluency in English and Arabic [This is 100% priority]
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
