Manage and drive a cross-functional services team to delivery on schedule & on budget high quality enterprise custom solutions build
Manage risk, issues and dependencies at an project level
Ensure execution of all contractually obligated tasks and deliverables
Be the primary point of contact for the customer for engagements under your management
Interface with customers and partners on general and specific issues as well as involving other experts and/or management as necessary
Produce regular and detailed status reports to the customer, including budget, schedule status, invoicing, issues, risk, dependencies, and any other delivery related information which may impact target achievements or service delivery.
Accurate tracking of project cost and resource burn rates
Contribute to Statements of Work and Change Orders

Education: Relevant Bachelor degree.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years professional experience, specifically in the cards and payments domain , Personalization & EMV, data Preparation , projects requirement .
Proven Previous project implementation at Issuing , Personalization and Cards products.
In-depth knowledge of project management techniques, tools and processes and detailed understanding of Project Management Methodology.

Knowledge/Skills:

Very good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients.
Arabic to be either first or second language.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
Experience with Visio, MS Project and SharePoint, desired.
Project Management experience and certification (PRINCE 2 or PMP).
Able to influence others without having to invoke direct authority.
Ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment.
