Job Description
- Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract
- Estimating and budgeting
- Procurement plan
- Materials review, pricing, quantity survey and drawing
- Review the contract and its specifications as well as the invoices for subcontractors and suppliers
- Review and prepare change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and timeframe.
- Review the items’ quantities before the implementation phase.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work
- Preparation of follow-up report and its conformity with the time schedule.
- Review drawings submitted by the consultant
