Job Description
- Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements
- Support on daily issues regarding ERP system.
- Creating a detailed business analysis that outline problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
- Performing detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications
- Meeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
- Supporting developers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle
- Demonstrating the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks to concerned stakeholders
- Developing, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Translating highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Providing the documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Implementing the best practices needed for well-established and developed scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience working with ERP and systems analysis. Strong ERP experience Infor M3 is preferred
- Strong computer software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
- Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
- English language proficiency (verbal and written).
