Job Description
Responsible for all service department's administrative works including:
- Issuing maintenance contracts
- Create a schedule for maintenance visits
- Renew maintenance contracts
- Issuing warranty certificates
- Issuing bills for sales and maintenance
- Prepare service quotations
- Responsible for all communications related to the service dept. and follow up with clients
- Updating and working on customers' database
- File archiving
- Receive and file team's weekly reports and plans and follow their routes daily
- Receive all department's client calls and follow up with them
- Responsible for the connection service department to other company's departments
- Registering and receiving daily job sheets
- Typing and receiving clients letters whether sent to or received from
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance field is preferred
- Good command of English language
- Excellent command of MS office
