Job Description

Responsible for all service department's administrative works including:

  • Issuing maintenance contracts
  • Create a schedule for maintenance visits
  • Renew maintenance contracts
  • Issuing warranty certificates
  • Issuing bills for sales and maintenance
  • Prepare service quotations
  • Responsible for all communications related to the service dept. and follow up with clients
  • Updating and working on customers' database
  • File archiving
  • Receive and file team's weekly reports and plans and follow their routes daily
  • Receive all department's client calls and follow up with them
  • Responsible for the connection service department to other company's departments
  • Registering and receiving daily job sheets
  • Typing and receiving clients letters whether sent to or received from

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance field is preferred
  • Good command of English language
  • Excellent command of MS office
