- متابعة حسابات العملاء بشكل يومى.
- عمل الفواتير الضريبية
- طباعة الفواتير ومتابعة تسليمها للعملاء والمندوبين.
- اعداد التقارير بالمستحقات التى تاخر سدادها.
- مراعاة عدم تجاوز حدود الائتمان للعملاء.
- المتابعة اليومية للمعاملات البنكية
- عمل القيود البنكية على البرنامج
- متابعة الشيكات المستحقة وتواريخ تحصيلها.
- عمل تقرير المبيعات اسبوعيا وشهريا عن حركة المبيعات.
- Follow up customer accounts on a daily basis
- The work of tax invoices
- Print invoices and continue delivery to customers and delegates.
- Preparing reports of outstanding receivables.
- Take into account the credit limits of customers.
- Daily follow-up of banking transactions
- Bank restrictions on the program
- Follow-up of due checks and collection dates.
- The sales report is done weekly and monthly on the sales movement.
