- Achieve Vodafone Egypt and Vodafone Global enterprise sales revenue targets.
Achieve DB Targets:
- Consistently Achieve Revenue Quarterly target and Net Subs monthly Target.
- Delivering YOY service revenue growth.
- Growth in SDSL POs and YOY growth SDSL Revenue/PO Acceptances

- Pipeline Quality of Sales stages/Product Mix

Revenue:
- IYR Ratio to TCV
Lead through innovation
- Sell and deliver innovative complex solutions through VIS/others (Surveillance,Field Force automation… )
- Ready Business: All accounts to finalize ready business surveys by Q2 and enhance results by EOFY.
Cost efficiency to deliver margin growth:
- Minimizing incremental costs associated with contract renewals
- Closing contribution margin gaps with incremental potential for all bidding cases
- Achieving contribution margin of 65%
