Job Description
An international Company that specializes in providing accommodation for students in the UK and Australia is looking for an accountant to join their team in Cairo.
Your role has strong financial accounting and credit control element. As part of the team you will:
- Prepare and reconcile monthly students referred to each building
- Calculate the commission receivable for each building on a monthly basis
- Ensure that the commission receivable for each building is accurately stated on the CRM
- Reconcile on an annual basis the number of students sent and the commissionable payable by each building
- Raise invoices and ensure that the payments are made by each building/provider on a timely basis
Job Requirements
- Have a good track record of financial and credit control
- Be commercially astute
- A degree in accounting/finance
- Great communication skills, verbally and written, in English
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Must have a strong eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
- Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
