Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Increasing Sales funnel by making regular customer visits and sales calls.
- Support and manage sales opportunities to maximize revenue targets
- Preparing and reporting monthly sales forecasts.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and call planning.
- Promote sales of all products within the industry group range.
- Improving customer satisfaction by effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Updating CRM with Sales activities and producing weekly reports on customer visits.
- Develop and maintain information on competitors within the industry. Provide ongoing feedback to Sales & Marketing Director on preformed sales activities.
