Job Description
- Responsible of managing structural and cultural change
- Motivating and rewarding the staff
- Abiding by the work code/system of the organization
- Understanding their staff development needs and creating appropriate training plans
- Following up and assessing individuals’ performance and providing coaching whenever necessary
- Maintaining high morale within the team(s) by mature use of recognition systems
