Job Description
- Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the university.
- Investigate if the university or a staff member does not comply with the law.
- Oversee lawsuits.
- Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork
- Know how to recruit, train, manage and retain legal talent.
- Manage the legal budget to get the most services for the least money.
- Be conscious of the needs of the university's owners.
- Stay informed about what's going on at the university.
- Understand the business and the industry.
- Stay proactive. Reacting after the company has broken the law costs more money and can ruin the firm's reputation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in administrative law
- Experience in administrative investigations in the field of education
- Preferably holders of a master's degree in administrative law at least
- Be restricted to the courts of appeal at least
- Age not less than 35
- Good looking and have a strong personality
- Preferred residents of the surrounding areas of Badr city in Cairo
