Job Description

  • Leading the digital marketing team, starting from hiring, monitoring performance, KPIs, Etc.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and all social media channels.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Digital Marketing Certificates is a plus
  • More than 5 years in Digital Marketing.
  • Possess an excellent oral and written level of English
  • Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads.
  • Working knowledge of paid social tactics, bidding & optimization models, 3rd-party tracking, audience targeting, and ad formats.
  • Experience of digital marketing at strategic and hands on operational level.
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Relevant experience including CMS, SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media and analytics
  • Perfect presentation skills
  • Creative and out of the box thinker
