Job Description

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Provide leadership over the sales department. developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Define the Sales organization structure that meets the business plan.
  • Build sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze the trade and the competitors’ activities to reflect it on the sales monthly plan.
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline
  • Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
  • Exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with consumers and external partner
  • Experience in evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
