Job Description
- Establish reporting protocols to include content providers, timing, review and approval process, and distribution.
- Provide prioritization and organization of the information to ensure adequate definition and proper framing of the report.
- Ensure proper work management applied and process established with applicable Project Management Team to ensure adequate project report data integration to include project progress and issues, annual budget, multi-year budget, latest estimates, final reports and project close-out report.
- Ensure archiving of all relevant electronic reports.
- Establish reporting formats and structure for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure that Reporting structure and information flow processes are in place and understood by all areas.
- Ensure Open communication and clear understanding of all reporting requirements across the various content providers and applicable other-report developers.
- Maintain the accuracy of the report providing correct and consistent data and information.
- Ensure application of broad technical understanding of all aspects of project.
- Provide various forms of reports as required by Project Leadership Team to include slide presentation and dashboard.
