Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance;
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
- Advises customers by providing information on products and directs customers to suggested items;
- Helps customer make selections by providing information on products, building customer confidence and offering suggestions & opinions;
- Stocking shelves with merchandise;
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records;
- Be involved in stock control and management;
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards;
- Keeps client informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays;
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Dealing with customer refunds;
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations;
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English language, Excellent written Arabic (additional language is a plus);
- Excellent computer skills, excel sheets, and power point presentation;
- Polished customer service and communication skills both verbal and written;
- Multitasks and can work under pressure efficiently;
