Responsible for safe, effective & continuous operation of maintenance, OPEX, asset management and HSE team to the best defined levels.
To improve / sustain maintenance OH and fixed costs of the factory.
To build a winning team to deliver to the market demands & achieving RCM, OPEX, asset management and Maintenance excellence for the factory.
To facilitate changes for improvement & drive corporate initiatives in maintenance, asset management and maintenance excellence/RCM in the factory.
To conduct trainings & guide subordinates for their development.
Assist subordinates in case of a contingency.
To resolve all administration related issues mutually.
Responsible for implementing and driving RCM , Marico Maintenance Excellence& Asset management Model (MMAMS)/ ISO 14001/18001 and sustainability drivers in Wind Factory.
Develop and ensure Safety & Maintenance Training adherence for the plant.
Driving Safety, HSE, RCM, OPEX and sustainability policy.
Ensuring safety environment in plant and HSE adherence.
Authorized to sanction all Maintenance FOH expenses of factory, prior to approval of supervisor.
Can take action against misconduct or misbehavior causing harm to factory discipline.
To raise internal / factory related waivers.
Supports the Plant Manager in overseeing all operational and administrative activities related to Maintenance & HSE at the factory.

Minimum 7 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable Mechanical.
Strong knowledge in AM/RCM/TPM/MTBF/MTTR/MRO/RCA.
Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and costs control.
Certified Lean Six Sigma and Strong experience in Lean /ISO 9001 & OSHA 18001. NEBOSH is a plus.
Strong and proven performance in brown and green fields.
Strong background in Heavy industries and / OR CG is a plus.
Good Presentation skills, Excellent Problem solving, Excellent Leadership skills.
High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
