Job Description
- Managing the brand with direct responsibility and leadership of Operations, Training & Marketing.
- This position is responsible for meeting/exceeding the stores financial targets; ensure excellent customer service, quality products and efficient delivery service; proper management of resources such as manpower, bench planning, training, finances, facilities, and maximizing market potentials of each store.
- The Operations Manager is also responsible to provide communication between the departments and stores and ensures company policies and procedures are followed and reports are rendered as specified.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course.
- 10-14 years of Operational or Business Management experience, preferably in QSR sector (Multinational Brand).
- Good Knowledge in Sales Management and Financial Analysis with decent exposure to Marketing.
- Knowledge of QSR industry specifics, ability to work closely with other departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; good in strategy and analytical, and has good attention to details.
- Disciplined, focused and determined to deliver and exceed the targets.
- Pro-active and knowledgeable; ability to multi-task, controlling several projects simultaneously.
