Combine orders on OMP system to ensure optimized machine run- ability while maintaining the quality of orders.
Coordinate with Machine Optimization scheduling Team Leader to load on OMP system the required orders based on customer and production requirements’.
Arrange factory tickets according to their corrugation type and combination after receiving them from the Senior Planner.
Combine orders with the available paper stock on OMP to achieve minimum side trim, ensure rolls width, and downgrade GSM used, in order to generate the production order report for corrugator.
Check nonmoving paper stock and try to use it in appropriate orders on OMP system.
Check that the required raw materials for production are available, and highlight the items in a critical situation (Low stock level).
Create alternative solutions for all items with problems in size or paper combination.
Analyze old, current, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, schedule the production operations, and create the balance load report.
Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedules to meet deadlines.
