- We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Delight Supervisor ready to join elmenus team in it’s expanding capacity.

What will you do
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Organizing work-flow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring team productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Hire and train new employees
Job Requirements
