About the Job
- The HR Generalist is responsible for co-ordination and execution of the recruitment and selection process.
- S/he will work closely and effectively with the Project Managers to define recruitment requirements and agree on recruitment plans and strategies including sourcing positions up to Middle Management.
- In addition, he will be handling also some responsibilities in the administration field
Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior HR Advisor and Head of People;
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of the HR database (People HR);
- Process new starter documentation;
- Generate employee contracts;
- Attend and provide minutes at the monthly HR meeting;
- Assist in the resolution of employee relation issues;
- Assist in the delivery of disciplinary hearings;
- Take notes during grievance meetings;
- Record staff absence and flag to managers where necessary;
- Liaise with Managers with regards to staff probation reviews;
Recruitment:
- The creation of job adverts and job descriptions
- Screening applications by way of telephone interviews;
- Coordinate with Managers to arrange interviews;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chosen agencies;
- Manage the company on-boarding process for new employees;
- Equipment requests for new starters;
- Obtaining right to work documentation;
- Obtaining relevant training certification;
- Reference requests for permanent members of staff;
- Assist in the administration of offer letters;
- Act as a representative of the business at Company recruitment events.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional HR Generalist and prior experience in a Call Center Field as HR is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management field
- Excellent Oral & Writing Communication skills
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Bachelor degree in the Human Resources Field
- From (0-1 year) experience in the recruitment field
