Job Description
- Strict observance of the company's various policies implementation relating to the work system on employees.
- Issuing daily report for attendance from company branches & takes the necessary action regarding absent cases.
- Prepare the daily work plan of the branch and coordination with the all departments to apply it.
- Follow-up with managers on a daily basis to organize the work and cooperation to resolve all needed matters.
- Supervising the general services activities including (Cleaners – Security –Building Technicians).
- Run investigation for misconduct incidents and review documentation of warning letters
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years HR Personnel and Administration.
- Fluent English language.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ismailia residence in a must
