Job Description
- She will be responsible to organize and coordinate in all administration tasks and duties.
- Organize company meetings and events or conferences and managing databases;
- Prepare reports for senior management and prepare presentations/proposals;
- Facilitate meeting coordination internally and externally for several initiatives. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for CEO to include securing travel authorizations, securing international visas, creating trip itineraries, arranging air and/or ground transportation
- Assist with special projects assigned by the chairman as required
Job Requirements
- Female is a must
- Proven experience as Office Manager or administrative assistant.
- High knowledge of office administrator responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook, in particular).
- Familiarity with Email scheduling tools.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability of multi-task
- Prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High time flexibility
- Fluent English.
